Types of Cases :
Mr. Davis' firm handles processing petitions with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for a change of status in the United States and also processing with the U.S. Department of State at U.S. Embassies and American Consulates for the following types of cases:

Immigrant Employment Based (EB) Visas or Status (permanent) Preference categories
1st. persons of extraordinary ability in arts, science, education, athletics multinational executives/managers (from L-1A to permanent)
2nd. persons with masters degree or of exceptional ability; job requires degree and 5 years experience
3rd. professional positions requiring a bachelor's degree or equivalent in combination of education training and experience; skilled workers requiring at least 2 years experience
5th. investment of $1,000,000 with 10 U.S. workers or $500,000 in USCIS designated regional projects and no worker requirement (EB-5)

Labor Certification
PERM processing with the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) is a pre-requisite for the 2nd and 3rd preference cases

I-9 Compliance and Audit
We also handle processing for the nonimmigrant and immigrant visas for all of the above with the U.S. Department of State (DOS), National Visa Center (NVC), U.S. Embassy and American Consulate General (AmCon) and foreign service posts world-wide
